Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don’t have an account, you can still pay using a debit or credit card!
Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, we will contact you to let you know.
Items are shipped either in a structural envelope, box or in a box inside of a padded envelope with a tracking number. Items will be cushioned with sufficient shredded paper to protect both the soap and glass bottles. The total weight and size of the items, governs the shipping packaging and the shipping cost. Within the US, we use flat rate shipping to help save on the shipping costs that are passed along to our customers. Customers in our domestic shipping area will enjoy free shipping with purchases of $75 or more.
International Customers Please Note – we are shipping from the United States. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. We do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will of course refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Both domestic and international orders will be mailed with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the items have left the building. If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking number and contact the postal service to locate it. Please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping and/or when the carrier designates the package as lost. We will not replace an item sooner than this.
REFUNDS & ECHANGES
Due to the fact that we sell personal care items, we cannot accept returns.
Our products are free from stabilizers and preservatives. As such, weather can affect some products, such as lip balms, body butter, whipped moisturizers, and hard lotion bars. Hot weather may cause the items to melt and/or form a gritty texture. A change in texture does not affect the nourishing qualities of the product and no refund or exchange will be provided for a product damaged by weather. Please be aware of the temperature, how long the package will sit, and where the package will be located until received when ordering such items.
Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service so please do bring any problems to our attention within 5 business days of receipt so that you can receive a human response and we can quickly work to resolve your issue.
